Is this BV or a yeast infection ? idk and I’m very scared

i am sexually active but idk what this is.

are ypu referring to the little red spots? it could be a range of things so i have some questions to ask:

  1. what is ur discharge like- colour, consistency, smell etc, is it not the same as notmal ?
  2. do the little spots hurt or itch either to touch or when walking / sitting
  3. do you have all over itching
  4. when was the last time you had sex and was it protected ?
  5. is there pain or burning when urinating?

its white and it does have a smell , the little spots do itch , when walking and sitting too. i do have all over itching. i had sex about 5 days ago and it was not protected. & it does burns when i pee

do you have a closer picture of said ‘spots’? like specifically the spots. and it may be best to visit your local gp or give your nearest sexual health clinic a call as discharge with an odour (all discharge has a slight non-offensive bread like smell) but if its fishy etc it could be HPV or BV or a range of other things.
