Is this cancer on my penis? Pls help!

I'm guessing it's a lymph node swelling it's almost unable to see anymore but there is hard skin where it was , this is all pain free nothing hurt. Please let me know what you think it is as I can only see DR in 2 weeks

Jack, lets get this right, the top photo is not you, you got it/them from the internet?
If you live in the UK get yourself a small bottle of TCP and apply a small dab directly onto this 4 or 5 times a day until this almost completely disappears. If you are not in the UK get any liquid antiseptic that is for skin grazes and insect bites and use that - cream and lotion versions of antiseptic is no good …

HI wee_dugie thanks for the reply , and no all the pics are me I just screenshot the post I did on another website to avoid retyping all that info, so if you take that into consideration do you still think it’s just an insect bite ? Why would it be making those red dots..

Okay, so as you know my initial response was regard to your lower photo only.
On the tip of your penis this does look like herpes - you know that in many countries of the world large proportions of the population are carriers of the herpes virus and that is non sexually acquired.
When people get tested for sexually related conditions they don’t even test for herpes regularly as it is so common.
To be safe I would get a doctor to check this for you …
