I do know i have HPV, a partner of mine had it so obviously i got it from her. For some reason it itches on my penis head every now and then if i remain very still especially. It also feels sore. It also itches on my thighs and sometimes on my anus. Maybe scabies? What does it look like to you?(sorry if i duplicated):
Matthew, my guess would be you have a combination of things going on - you do not say whether you have seen a Sexual Health Specialist or how long ago your diagnosis occurred?
As you have irritation on the thighs and anus it sounds like you have something irritating the skin in your groin region: the first things to check on are soap and things like shower gel - have you changed any of these recently - again, you do not say when the itching first began - so if there have been no changes to the soap or shower gel and other body wash you have been using long-term, the irritant could be something else. The other major source is what your clothes are washed in, such as the soap powder or other treatments put in the washing machine to clear your clothes. Check if these have recently changed?
Try avoiding using any soap or other body cleansers such as shower gel in your entire groin region for as long as you can and see what happens. Use the running shower water, if you use soap and stuff elsewhere on your body make sure it is completely rinsed away from your groin region.
Just as important is drying your skin: you MUST have towels that ONLY you use - get a large clean towel and throughly dry different areas of your body with different parts of the towel. Make sure no MOISTURE remains in your entire groin region and carefully pat dry and then rub dry your entire penis.
Longer-term you may need to see both a Sexual Health Specialist AND a Dermatologist to sort out what is going on …
