when i have unprotected sex with my wife , i feel as if my skin hurts when pulled back . we are recently married and been having sex quite often . it feels a bit inflame now , first picture is how it started off and second picture is next morning . please help

Yes, it looks like candidal balanitis. I suggest getting Canesten-HC or Daktacort cream for this and advise your wife to get treated at the same time with a Canesten pessary or similar.
