For people who are on here frequently I apologize for using this forum so much. When I think back into the past I'm surprised that I never had this feeling in my past and it made me anxious, would this be derealization? That's how I can remember the thought as it just worried me.
Derealisation is when you feel almost outside of yourself. It's when all of your senses are heightened to the extent you literally feel "unreal"! Does that make sense?
When I suffer Derealisation it's like the whole world is moving at 100 miles per hour around me and I'm stuck in the middle of it all, feeling like I don't know how to walk, talk or even breathe!
I feel like I constantly look at the world in 2d or that something just feels off in my vision. Is that kinda what your describing as DR?
Yes. If the works doesn't feel normal, doesn't feel real, that's exactly it!
I had that thought that it all felt fake and it gave me bad anxiety. I'm hoping to recover from it soon.
Hey,
That's exactly how I feel too. I say feel in that it's not just a feeling, my vision is really quite messed up.
How did you get the dr if you don't mind me asking?
