-are you ovulating? usually discharge is a little more sticky? it can all have a yellowish tinge!
-you may gave a yeast infection which can be treated orally or vaginally! it will usually come with associated itching.
-along with the abdominal pain, change in discharge and smell i would get screened to rule out stis such as chlamydia.
lower abdominal pain isnt always sexually related. so rule out constipation also.

the perineum cuts and discharge. also the pain and itching. herpes is a possibility so be sure get checked for it. it could be anything. i think youre suffering from bv.
if ur having pelvic pain u should get swabbed for stds
