I was just looking at my vagina and noticed these spots. I am a bit concerned because lately i haven't been getting my period and just been receive a little brown spotting. I don't know if its related. Can someone please advise ?

Do you ever notice some that get larger than others, I had a yeast infection a week about almost, cured now. Upon pretty rough itching I think I irritated a few at the top of my labia minora. They do not hurt and they look like all the other fordyce spots only bigger.
