about 2 nights ago i was masturbating and i felt a slight sting after about 20 minutes in near the base of my shaft i ignored it and kept going and after i finished i noticed this and it stings to the touch. It started healing kind of quickly but when i clean it in the shower it opens back up. could it just be a friction burn or something else any response is much appreciated thank you.
