Is this from anxiety?

Can anxiety cause pale skin if you're not having an attack? I am very stressed out about being at my job and really don't wanna be here, I feel fine tho besides heart palpitations but my co worker just said I'm really white and that set my anxiety off and he keeps saying it and I freak out every time, I've never noticed but I am very white and pale

Does anxiety cause skin paleness when you're not having an actual attack? Thank you guys

I also don't eat a lot of food, I eat a good meal a day with some small snacks but I don't eat a lot by any means, so I am very skinny. Idk if this could be the cause rather then anxiety

I'm going through the same thing right now and my coworkers said the same things about my skin and it scares me also

Technically a state of stress weakens you because of chronic exertion (muscle tension) and it can make for bloodflow disturbances. So yes you could be pale from chronic stress, more than likely though you are pale because you are exhausted. Get your blood tested - FBC, check iron and iron binding and thyroid and then force yourself to relax and eat small amounts throughout the day to replenish your energy. Chamomile tea to help you relax. If you are not in any kind of therapy - do start. All the best.

Yes, it can do, but nothing to worry about.

sounds like if your co worker keeps wanting to match your skin to a Pantone chart, it might be time to move desks. He's doing you no favours x
