2 months ago I got my nail removed for an ingrown nail. I bought fungus cream cause my nail started developping fungus. I’ve been using the cream for 1 month now and i think it’s gone but Im not sure, is this yellow thing fungus or os it normal ?

Certainly seems like it. take a clipping to the doctors and get it tested.
It looks like toenail fungus. Have you experienced any symptoms like pain while walking and wearing shoes, or an abnormal odor from your nail? If yes, you definitely got infected with toenail fungus. Which cream have you been using for this? An antifungal cream like Fugacil can work for you. I got my toenail fungus treated successfully with this in less than a week.
