Hi there. I’m basically wondering if anyone can provide me with some information. Approximately 5 months ago, I (30 year old male) met a 52 year old male. I received unprotected oral sex from this person. A finger was also placed up my back passage, and they also rubbed their genitals against my inner thighs, against my genitals, and then against my anus (without actually penetrating). I did not know this person, but they insisted that they were clear of any STDs/STIs, and that they got tested regularly. I’m not proud of this, I shouldn’t have done it, but it’s in the past now, and I can’t change it.
Since this happened, I’ve had a few problems with my health. During the act, there was some abrasion with the other person’s teeth and my p. This lead to some small scrapes etc on my p, but there didn’t appear to be any clear breaks in the skin. In the immediate aftermath, I had difficulty achieving an erection, and pain and discomfort in my penis and groin. I also felt constipated, and had a red rash on the skin at the base of my spine. I saw several doctors at the time, and they stated that the constipation and inability to get an erection was due to an ‘acute stress reaction’, and that this would die down after a while. One doctor stated that it ‘wasn’t herpes’ which was something that I was particularly concerned about at the time. These symptoms did die down after a while, but there was always a bit of lingering discomfort in either my back passage or my urethra.
Over the next few weeks and months, every 2-3 weeks, I’ve basically felt like I’ve had the flu. I’ve had joint pains in my wrists, elbows, and pain just above my knees, muscle pain in my arms and legs, a dull headache in my temples, scalp tenderness, and really bad fatigue and malaise, to the point where I sometimes find it difficult to get out of bed. I also have a throbbing pain in my back passage, and I’ve also felt constipated. When I came out of the shower recently (during one such episode), I took a picture of my back passage with the flash on, and I saw about 4 small bumps near the opening of my anus, which had whiteheads. I’ve also had small red spots appear on both inner thighs, some of which also have white/yellow heads as well. More of these seem to appear each week as the others seem to fade away. These spots are quite spaced out, and don’t appear in ‘clusters’, as there are areas of skin between each spot.
These red spots were described by my GP as ‘folliculitis’. He then prescribed me Fusidic Acid, which has since ran out, and which didn’t really seem to help much. I’ve also recently had a case of oral thrush, for which I was prescribed fluconazole. I was tested for COVID, and this came back negative. Recently, the main thing has been the constipation, the fatigue, and the headache in my temples and occipital area, which has been horrendous, and really stops me from functioning properly on a day to day basis. Apologies for the length of this post. I’ve also attached some pictures to this post, hopefully this gives an idea of what’s been going on.
