Hello im 20 years old and i have had these very small shiny bumps on my penis head. It does not itch or burn at all. theirs also a little red around the bumps. I am not sure what it can be since it does not hurt or anything its just their. Ive had sex with the same person for the past 2 months and i am sure they are clean. Any information will be helpful thanks.
This is irritation that is causing this - there could be a link with your sex partner, but, you do not say whether you use condoms or not?
Essentially, the bumps are naturally present - the issue is what is irritating them? This can be as already stated, or, something as simple as the regular use of a particular soap or shower gel, for example. Best thing is to wash your penis with water only and make sure it is fully dried afterwards …
We don’t use condoms when we have sex and also the issue usually occurs after sex and resolves itself after 2 days 3 days the longest. thanks for the reply appreciate it. Also washing it soap seems to make it worse.
So the soap suggest there is a definite skin irritation issue going on - when this occurs following sex, and no condoms are involved you may be getting a very slight infection from your partner. I say slight as the impact of a yeast / fungal infection from penetrative vaginal, or bacterial from anal or receiving oral is usually more pronounced than what you are getting.
So yes, stay off the soap, water only to wash your penis with - if you can bare the thought of using condoms for the next 2 or 3 occasions you have sex, see if you get a different reaction …
