I just broke out with my first cold sore and that was devastating and now I have gotten really red and sore down below.

is this early genital herpes? File size is too bi

if not, what else could this be?

im struggling to see anything from the picture, do you have any more? it looks perfectly normal to me from that angle.

everything just looks very membraney and red and irritated

It doesn’t look like herpes to me. With genital herpes you get ulcer like sores.
And even though coldsores are caused by the herpes virus it definitely doesn’t mean you will also get genital herpes

how long does it take for sores to show up once redness and tingling begins?

It took me 3-5 days after irritation and tingling
