Last week i got a small bump at the bottom of my vagina near my anus. it hurts when pee gets on it but i thought i maybe cut myself shaving. today i woke up with soreness on my butthole and noticed all of these bumps around my anus/in my lower section of my vagina (as seen in this photo) Anyone know what this is???

i am sexually active but i have had no contact specifically on my anus. They are mostly just painful in general and to the touch. slight itch but mostly just due to the discomfort. my current partner is clean but i did have a one night stand in may or june 2020 but i havent had an issues until now.
Its infection from ingrowing hairs. I think you could try an antibacterial cream or try antibiotic tablets.
