Is this genital herpes?

Had protected sex with a hsv2 positive person 4 times. 1 time unprotected. Person had no visable symptoms at those times. Since then I've had frequent bowel movements with anal pain (No anal sex) and discomfort. I have no lesions, discharge, odors, or other pain. Had ONE small painless slightly itchy deep bump inside my vagina lip. No pus or fluid in it. Doc said it was a cyst.

So far, IGG select Blood tests for hsv1 and hsv2 at 7 weeks out are negative. Do my symptoms sound like genital herpes?

No, they don't, and negative at 7 weeks is a good indicator. Retest at 3 months to be sure.

I am worried because the anal pain and frequent bowel movements started after coming into contact with this person.
