I've had these bumps for about 4 weeks now. The red one to the left appeared only recently. The small bumps wrap all the way around.
I haven't had tingling, but I have been itchy near the scrotum area. I've noticed that this usually occurs when I haven't shaved in a while, or right after I have shaved. No pain when urinating, although a slight discomfort does take place when I am dehydrated during urination.
