I cut myself about a week ago when shaving down there. I NOTICED this tonight, because it hurt where I cut my skin… THEN started freaking out!!
it could be but same time could not be , its really hard to say specially if you just shaved and you notice that but i will deff get checked by a doctor
It does appear to be but as Christine said, you need to get a doctor to look at it and take a swab to be sure.
