I personally don’t think it appears as herpes since they are not typical of herpes lesions. Herpes lesions usually appear as ulcers and scab over. They are very painful to the touch and usually come with tingling nerves, flu like symptoms and swollen lymph nodes. If you don’t have any of those symptoms then its probably fine but you can go to a doctor to make sure
