is it itchy or painful?
It was itchy but only for a day. It doesn’t really look like blisters just red and raised. What should I look out for to be sure?
if it breaks down like a ulcer and is painful!

The lower one is more dry. Top could be blister like. I think I’m going to have to go get it checked… 
Also it was briefly itchy. But definitely not painful.

yeah, did you get it checked? I have the same thing and I’m getting a wee bit worried
I have the same . bumps filled with liquid appear in clusters following an itchy sensation. They last for a week or so before a new ones show up. I’ve had them since January.
no worries man these are called Lymphoceles and are buildups of lymph fluid. happens to every one most commmonly with uncircumcised men
