Hi there, I got this rash after I worked out the other day and always seem to get this rash after I wear tight clothes and am sweating - I don't know if its an allergy or herpes? It started with burning sensation and then turns into small skin colored bumps and then this?! Forgot to mention the burning started after I took an Epsom Salt bath and washed/rubbed myself down there quite hard - no idea why I did?
Hi, are you having any other symptoms like a fever, or having discharge ? The redness can come from scratching the area too much or Epsom salt.

Went to get it swabbed today so will see - wish me luck. My ex bf said he never had any herpes or symptoms either when we were sexually active in the past so I dont know because Ive had this before but again its usually after a lot of rubbing down there from tight sweaty clothes
