Had protected sex 3 weeks ago with a girl who has genital herpes but didn’t have any outbreaks at the time. I get a lot of ingrown hairs and have hair on my shaft but recently found a few pimple like bumps that don’t have hairs. might not be the best pictures. I’m going to the doctors to get tested this week regardless, but can you test positive even without having a breakout?
