i have had some painfulness and itching and decided to inspect and theres all these small white bumps and my vagina is so itchy and red. I am booked in to a sexual health clinic next wednesday and have a doc appt this saturday but im really stressing!! i added some pics here: could this be genital herpes?

I agree, with if they were herpes sores… it would hurt as hell. The white spots are most probably yeast. This look like a severe candidosis, you can treat it with an OTC antifungal treatment. Don’t hesitate to see a doctor for an official diagnosis.
thankyou guys definitely puts my mind at ease a bit but still a little worried as if it is yeast this will be the 2nd one in the space of 3 weeks. will definitely be going to the doctors though to get an official diagnosis

Did you find out what it was? I had the same symptoms, but I never found out what it was. I am still worried.
