Recently had intercourse without any lubricant which resulted in bleeding after. then noticed it was uncomfortable to urinate after (stinging/burning). noticed some blister/ulcer type sores a day or 2 after. initially thought they have come from friction and are leaking a yellow liquid that smells awful when wearing a pad or placing a wipe against them. waiting for genital herpes test to arrive in post.

Hi, I’m sorry this looks like a classic herpes outbreak. You need to go to the doctor to get treatment options to cope with the pain.
I’ve sent swab test off in the post yesterday. have an appointment in a sexual health clinic today so hopefully they can prescribe something
Hang in there, the first outbreak is usually the worst. With medication and care, you’ll live a normal life. It’s just a skin disease. Chin up.
The amount of sores I have now is around 30 after there only being a handful at the beginning more showed up and initially looked like bumps from shaving. The sores did bleed after having been for swabs at a sexual health clinic and continued to ooze a yellow discharge with a strong odor. But 1 week after initial sores began with some I am in less pain and hope that they are beginning to show signs of healing. I was given an ointment to apply although it doesn’t do much for stinging or pain but takes away the itch. I have found that using lukewarm salt water on a pad or tissues when urinating helps also cleaning with salt water after having been to the toilet and using a hair dryer after cleaning as opposed to drying with a towel helps.
