havent looked at myself for quite a while. i just noticed them when I was shaving and stung when it bled. any advice?

I would like to ask you to visit the doctor and ask for a biopsy before removal. I had the same and it was bowenoid papulosis. In my case it was HPV 16 related your case might be different i am just asking you to be on the safe side.
