in pretty worried about this, i have had multiple sexual partners in the past, i tried to be as safe as i could but sometimes i did get caught up in the moment and maybe one or two times i didn't stay protected with a condom. I'm kicking myself now because this turned up and i really really don't want it to be genital warts. i just need someone's option please to calm my nerves before i get it checked out please :). The lumps seem to be ling and separate, not like a cauliflower so i don't really know

Very hard to see as this image is extremely zoomed in but it could be VP. I wouldnt rule warts out entirely as these growths are a little large for VP but see your pcp to be sure.
