it doesnt look that bad. it looks differnt in some pics. im not sure if you have picked at it or not. If you’re worried about go see a dermatologist or a doctor in general and get their opinion. I am not an expert at all so dont trust my opinion
I agree with InvaderZim, in my opinion it doesn’t seem like something serious, but always going to the specialist will have a better view of what it is, because here on the forum not everything is 100% correct, they are just opinions…
