they look like fordyce to me but id get double checked with your doctor fordye are yellow or white
okay if it is warts are there home rememedies?
i would go to a gp instead of tying to remove them yourself if they are warts a doctor will arrange for them to be removed as they need to be frozen or lasered off or they apply acid to them they have to be removed properly because they tend to grow back
warts are usually flesh coloured or white pink or red
