started from a bump inside then grow too many. My doctor said it is a wart then he gave me a topical cream which is fucidic acid/ antibacterial cream but didn’t go away. Already search for another cream but its for external wart only which is imiquimod. I am 22 sexually active. vaccine done already.

Thanks for the photos, which confirm that you have an intra-meatal wart. I think it would be best if you could see a specialist (depends where you live) in STDs to have it seen to. In the UK, this means seeing a doctor/nurse in the GU or sexual health clinic. Elsewhere it could be a urologist or dermatovenereologist.
The most effective treatment is cryotherapy, either applied as a fine spray of liquid nitrogen directed at the wart or a very cold probe applied to it. Either way, it’s best to get seen by a specialist in this area.
I wouldn’t recommend imiquimod- it’s effective, but is not recommended for internal use.

Thanks for the reply, Will go to a specialist after this covid19 lockdown. But im taking vitamins to boost my immune system. But can i use imiquimod for my wart in the picture. Because its in the outer now of my penis but the root is inside.
