last unprotected sex was in march, not itch or painful. i am active

it seems like you have hpv genital warts or maybe not . i advice you to see dermatologist dr if you are married take your wife with you also stop sex for now and also do test for other STD infections. keep your genital area clean use standardised antiseptic solution mix it with some water apply it twice a day hope you will feel better soon best regards
