i've been having pain for around 4 days and hurts to wipe. I've done some research and think it is a hemmorrhoid but want to confirm. Is a doctor needed?
Looks like a moderate external Hem. Doctor is needed if it does not improve in a few days, or if it hurts badly. Most go away on their own over time. Some over the counter creams can relieve symptoms. There are also prescription creams with anesthetic that work. If pain gets bad or if it enlarges go to doc.
