It doesn’t look like a hemorrhoid. You will know if it is one if it gets blueish, for example after sitting in hot water for a few minutes. It looks like a skin tag. Have you had an anal fissure or an operation, perhaps? Skin tags can be removed, although I don’t recommend. In some cases it could be painful. If it’s for the visual effect, well it doesn’t look bad at all…
