About 3 days ago, my perinium started itching some time when I sleep so without thinking i’d Just scratch it because it was irritating me. But just yesterday after I pee, that area kinda stings so I took a look after a shower and it looks like a sore/a cut. I’m kinda freaking out because my brain is also saying it may be herpes???!!! But it doesn’t make sense. Because I haven’t had it before 3 days ago and I didn’t have sex since two weeks ago and it was protected. My perinium and anus area tend to be dry. Is that the reason why ? Btw are herpes sore suppose to bleed or anything? Because for me, this area bleeds after (gonna be TMI and kinda gross) I poop and used a bidet to wash. The reason why I know it bleeds is after I use toilet paper to wipe the area dry, there is always a little blood on it. Idk anymore. I went to my doctor for genital check up just week ago and she didn’t see anything irregular

To be honest looks like a nail mark where you have scratched it's not herpes because they are a puss filled blister, have a salt bath and get some nappy rash cream works wonders
Looks like a cut/rip , I would put a 100% natural chapstick ( yes the one for the lips ) to protect and heal and don't scratch it or rough it up for 1 week
what was the results? did you get a swab test?
