i dont think its from shaving. it could be but i doubt it . it really looks like herpes
i have no symptoms of a first outbreak though, they’re just a little itchy
my apologies. poor judgement. i recently had similar bumps due to ingrown hairs. after removing the hair, it left a small hole. it was also itchy and a little uncomfortable. i dont have genital herpes so the case could be the same for you. i advise getting them swabbed as well as a blood test.
