based on the paper slice ones look im assuming it is not herpes. do you have another photo of the one on the top because it is out of focus.

These fissures are more commonly seen on complicated yeast infection. Herpes does not cause this pattern.
Any antifungal like Monistat-7 should do the trick.
Hi doctor thank you for your response i just don’t understand why i keep getting yeast infections and they will stay for months at a time literally don’t you think if it was a yeast infection it would be gone by now?
