I’m only a nursing student but I’ve realized that the best thing to do is go to your doctor or clinic asap. I know it’s not always convenient but your health comes first! It looks like you have bleeding and a lot of irritation. the only way to know what’s going on is to go see a healthcare professional, plus they can give you the care you need if it is herpes or some type of infection.

Totally agree with Anna. You need to see a doctor. Its not clear what is going on here,but better to see a professional and get the correct treatment than to worry .
