the last couple of times my husband i have had sex, i have been dry and there has been more friction and we also tried a new lube. i noticed some burning with urinating but realized i have these "sores" and they burn/hurt when urine hits them. they also hurt when i sit wrong or if they rub each other when i walk... i have been with my husband for 10 years and had a full panel done when we first started dating that only showed hsv1 (i do get cold sores often) ... so if this is herpes my husband cheated.
It looks a bit like herpes, but your husband could have unknowingly had it when you 1st met. Sometimes ppl dont show symptoms so he couldve passed it to u at some point. Doesnt necessarily mean he cheated. Or if he ever had coldsores and gave you oral, thats an easy way to get it. Definitely get it swabbed by the obgyn though.
