Is this herpes? Help!

over the last 2 weeks i have been having symtoms relating to herpes. marks on penis and other areas. after having protected sex 3 weeks ago. i went for a sexual health check and bloods. the women checked the marks and such and mentioned it was 100% not herpes. however i still cant shake the feeling that it is? i was possibly looking to see by showing 2 pictures that someone could maybe let me know?
currently the marks are on the pubic area and 1 that WAS a pimple that was popped as now turned into a larger mark. I am currently waiting on blood work back but on the card the herpes isnt marked as if it wasnt being checked? iv attached images below.

the pictures of myself are just after a salt water bath as iv heard thats good for it regardless

i already started a discussion but unfortunetly not getting enough answers. i would appreciate any help!

unfortunately they don’t usually test for herpes unless you really push for it. They should have at least swabbed the area. It kind of looks like it might be very bad skin irritation, from what though I’m not sure.
If you can get back in soon ask them to take a swab of one of the sores.

I went in explaining that i felt it was herpes. She looked at the area and said it wasnt at all. I dont remember if she swabbed or not it felt rushed. However they took a urine sample and took my bloods.

I shaved in that area around 2 weeks ago and only last week noticed the marks. Would it be best to wait on my results? Im very unsure what to do and going out my mind.

I wouldnt say its itchy but there is a bit of a dull pain now and again, a bit of swelling but thats it
