i just shaved and had sec almost right after. i got these the next day. its itchy but doesnt hurt when i pee

Right now from the pics, doesn’t look like herpes

looks very similar to herpes, i would go to the doc! for peace of mind

Certainly the skin is very altered, since you shaved and right after had sex, I can assume the friction lead to this alteration. There are a few follicles infected as it’s evidenced that do not resemble a herpetic outbreak .
