Is this Herpes? I could really use some help

ive been really anxious because im not sure if i have herpes. I had sex a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden i have what appears to be lesions around the coronal sulcus. im not entirely sure if its swelling of a lymph vessel or very tiny bumps. i will upload a picture and please ignore the pearly papules located around the

a doctor so idk. Doesnt look like herpes tho

i think youre reffering to the pearly penile papules around the head or are you reffering to the red area on the shaft ?

The black spots looks like flat warts. My guess

I dont think thats a wart, that black spot has been there for all of my life (Over 20 years) What im concerned with is the red patch on the shaft. To me it looks like a red rash but im not sure. Can anyone offer any clarity
ive literally been paranoid for the past few days

lol yeah that brown spot is NOT a wart my boyfriend has the same thing. Its is hard to tell if the spot circled is herpes. Are you experiencing any swelling in your groin area at all? Like your lymph nodes? Do you experience any tingles? Are the bumps filled with a clear liquid?

I haven’t experienced any swelling in the groin area and the bumps don’t appear to be filled with liquid. but the circled area seems to be inflamed and I have experienced a throbbing sensation starting from that circle all the way up to the tip of the head

Here are a couple of pics to help better identify what this is. Please note the first pic is slightly erect and you can barely see the bump but when flacid the bump appears to be more evident and possible bigger. i have no idea what this is and ive been freaking out because i cant even see my doctor during this pandemic
