Around 7-8 years ago when I went through puberty (I'm 19) I started to see these bumps on my labia minora (that's correct right?) I didn't really investigate it until last year. They don't have any pain, puss, and aren't spreading for all I know. I have been searching on the internet for a whole year now thinking that it was herpes because that's what it looks like, so I avoided any sexual interactions. I have never had sex nor intercourse. I think it might be fordyce spots? But there's alot and in clusters. It's been putting me down alot and getting me depressed because if it is herpes I'll never have a relationship.
If you are concerne of that it may be try to get an answer from a doctor and get tested for herpes 1&2. Herpes 1 is mostly common that the doctor might say that you dont need to test on that.
As long as you think you have herpes since long time so your blood test should be positive. Do it and cut it short
Sounds like fordyce spots because those usually comes in clusters as well but painless and if its been there for years den I wouldn’t even worry about it because herpes wouldn’t last couple years where symptoms don’t go away lol. If you do decide to be sexually active jst use protection because you don’t really want to have a std so don’t stress it you’re fine!
