Its a tiny infection probably in a hair follicle. Dont worry about it…just keep it clean and it will probably come to a head and then disperse naturally. If you can get some tweezers and quickly pull out those 2 hairs growing in the middle of it, it may disperse quicker, but its not absolutely necessary.
It’s an irritated ingrown hair. It will be okay over time.
