Hi, I’m worried these red spots are herpes on my thigh, does it look like it at all?

They itch occasionally, not much

Haven’t got much sexual history and always have been protected.

There’s about three on my leg

I don’t think it is herpes, but I just want a second opinion as I’m anxious about it as I get cold sores on my face.
