Can someone please tell me what this is? i have a stinging sensation in my vagina but it goes away after a few hours. I thought it might just be irritation but then i got on google and started doing research and now i think it might be herpes or something worse. these bumps only show when i stretch my vaginal lips out. what is it?

the yellow-white little bumps look like fordyce spots, which are harmless. i have them too! you might have inflamed them because of too much friction from sex.
some bumps may or may not be hsv but the smartest thing to do is write down your symptoms and wait for your appointment. like i said before it will be okay !!
try to relax and be patient with yourself, stressing doesn’t change what’s already happened, it doesn’t make you in charge of the situation. plus your immune system gets very weak from stress, just trust everything is gonna work out for the best!! lmk how it goes!
