so i got tested a month ago and was clean, but i have a very bad condition of being obsessed with plucking anything that looks like an ingrown hair. Last night i was messing with this for an hour, there is a hair in there that i couldn’t get to, and eventually i was like tweezing flesh out of the ulcer. Is this herpes?

It does not appear to be herpes the only thing that looks remotely concerning is the bigger sore. I am not sure just from the picture. Have you had any recent sexual exposure? I would go to the doctor and get swab tested if possible. But, it looks like to me you have some irritated follicles. Try to stop picking it’ll only heighten your anxiety.
