Is this herpes or an infection

So I recently seen these red dots and red rash or marks on my foreskin of penis they dont hurt or anything like that it sometimes feel inflamed and I have to pee more then average I think it could be an infection or maybe im washing it to harsh and its just inflamed please help

Hi I would just wash with some warm water no soaps or shower gels. I would see your doctor and have things checked out you may have a skin infection or condition.

Hey,

I am suffering from the same condition. I visited a Urologist and he prescribed me a steroid cream.
After applying for 1 week it disappeared, however the inflammation reoccurs in my case when I indulge in masturbation. I also stopped using shower gel and soaps for cleaning and instead use warm water and it has helped alot.
