Is this herpes or bad BV

I have bv & uti being treated with antibiotic, would these lesions mark herpes or maybe a bad infection? i had a tear to the lower opening of vagina near perinium area maybe it was infected from bv doscharge ?

i have been tested for herpes pending results anyday now, the sores have changed so im asuuming it may be herpes.

My HSV 2 IGM SCREEN was negative following up with my pcp tomorrow.

thanks for replying. did they check for hsv1? hopefully it will clear with the BV. bv can do some funky things down there. Best to you!

yes they checked for Syphills, Hsv 1&2 everything was negative. im hoping it was from the BV because im still having signs of BV or yeast infection now from the antibiotics.

ahh yes would make sense. I suffered from BV and yeast for quite some time and it caused cuts. hope you recover quickly!!

my provider couldnt swab them as i had no open sores to swab she will re test in 3 months
