i have a few lesions on my penis. i have had the largest lesion for about two weeks. it started small and has increased in size. it is painless. i have had a lesion like this before on the top of the glans and a herpes swab test was negative. this went away in about a month without doing anything. this time i have been using canestan cream for about five days but they havent gone away. i am homosexual male, i have had multiple instances of receptive anal sex but almost never have insertive anal sex or insertive oral sex. do you think this is herpes, balanitis or possibly something else?
Does not look good or normal, you should definitely get it checked.
Also it is possible to transfer HSV and HPV through skin contact and risk increases if you have more than 3 partners.
It doesn’t looks like herps or hpv though.
Get it professionally evaluated.
