I have had this massive itchy patch which is now super sore and it hurts to sit or walk, also sores keep showing up at the top of my vulva
The doctor said she doesn’t know what it is and said it may be herpes but it could also be my eczema flaring up but I have never had it this bad before… Has anyone seen this before? It is so painful it shoots into my buttocks and legs

to me it does resemble herpes, especially the ulcers that have an indented kind of look to them & the fact that it is spreading
i would get swabbed for hsv just in case, have you had unprotected sex recently?..any tingly/nerve pain?
No, no tingly nerve pain! just the wounds are so painful when i walk or sit and the area around it like my buttocks hurt and is uncomfortable 
I have been dating a guy who I know has a cold sore, but I haven’t seen him with a cold sore in the past 2 years that I have been seeing him.
its probably because of the cold sores then, the skin can still shed hsv even without a sore present
