Hi i got these marks on my testicles i only just noticed them but about a month ago i got a full STI test i think they said the only thing it did not include was herpes as they would need to swab something. everything came back negative and i have no symptoms other than itchy testicles and a few days ago after a long walk a very intense itch around my anus a friend said its most likely a fungus infection as ‘herpes tends to not be long lines’ but i just wanted some feedback to put my mind at rest. All thoughts welcome and thank you.
