The tip of my penis has a small pain/ irritation when I look in my pee hole i see what looks like a bump or something on the left side. It has been like this for a a few weeks. about 1.5 weeks ago it bleed after sex but hasn’t since ive been tested for stds in just a few months ago and everything was negative.
